European Youth Parliament - APS is an unincorporated, non-profit social promotion association established in Milan on 28 March 1994. The association is inspired by the principles of democracy, equal rights and equal opportunities and is non-partisan and non-denominational.

The Association, as a Third Sector Entity, is registered in the National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS) with Lazio Region Resolution no. G05201 of 06/05/2024 .

Furthermore, pursuant to Law No. 124 of 4 August 2017, paragraphs 125 to 129, amended in its current wording by Legislative Decree No. 34 of 30 April 2019 (the "Growth Decree"), and the circulars of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies No. 2 of 11 January 2019 and No. 6 of 25 June 2021, the reporting of contributions exceeding €10,000 received from Public Administrations ("grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions or aid, in cash or in kind, not of a general nature and without consideration, remuneration or compensation, equal to or greater than €10,000") during the past year is published.

For 2023, the association did not receive contributions exceeding €10,000 from public administrations.

 

 

 

 

 

Furthermore, to ensure maximum transparency of the actions of the Board of Directors and its supporting figures, pursuant to Article 14 of the Third Sector Code (Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, no. 117) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies' note no. 293 of 12 January 2021, the data regarding "emoluments, compensation, or payments of any kind attributed to members of the administrative and control bodies, managers, and associates" are published.
