PATRONAGES
At the national level, the European Youth Parliament (EYP) has long cultivated strong institutional relationships with the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies. Its patronage of numerous national events significantly contributes to strengthening the institutionalization of the organization's democratic and civic dimension.
The 56th National Session of the European Youth Parliament, held in Lucca from the 18th to the 23rd March, 2025, entitled “ Fortified by Heritage: Combining the Past with Tomorrow's Sustainable Innovation” , benefited from the patronage of the Italian National Commission for UNESCO.
The Regional Session of Florence 2025, held from the 17th to the 19th October, 2025, entitled “ When Art meets Technology” , obtained the high patronage of the European Parliament , which recognizes European values such as democracy, fundamental rights and inclusion.
NATIONAL SPONSORS
Since 2025, EDISON SpA has become a National Sponsor of the European Youth Parliament Italy, providing financial and academic support to ensure the continuity and strengthening of the organization's educational activities. Within this framework, EDISON Energia plays a key role in promoting and disseminating knowledge related to the ecological transition, renewable energy , and other issues of great importance to the community.
COLLABORATIONS
WEP
The European Youth Parliament Italy maintains long‑term partnerships with organisations that share a common educational vision. Since 2024, EYP Italy has been collaborating with WEP, an international organisation committed to promoting international study experiences for secondary school students. WEP offers educational programmes that encourage the exchange of diverse perspectives, with the aim of fostering the values of openness, respect for others, and acceptance of differences.
CLASSICUM
Since October 2025, the EYP Italy has established a collaboration with Classicum, a youth association based in Lucca and active throughout Tuscany. Classicum promotes cultural engagement and amusement among young people, encouraging participation, active citizenship, and the rediscovery of cultural heritage. Its activities operate in areas closely connected to civic education and youth involvement.
